Coconut Aminos Shrimps Stir-fryq

  • 2 lbs medium shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos from coconut sap
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves finely chopped for garnish


  1. In a bowl, whisk the coconut aminos, lemon juice and zest, and the salt and pepper.
  2. Place shrimp in a large container and cover with coconut aminos sauce; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying skillet.
  4. When hot, sauté the green onion for 5 - 6 minutes.
  5. Add marinated shrimps and stir-fry for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes for large 3 - 4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
