Turkey and Cranberry Salad


Servings: 6
Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn
  • 2 cups turkey breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 lemon, peeled, and cut into small segments
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup cranberries
  • ½ cup cranberry puree
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Directions:
  1. In a salad bowl, mix lettuce with turkey, lemon segments, apple pieces, cranberries, walnuts, and toss to coat. 
  2. In another bowl, mix cranberry puree and lemon juice, and stir. 
  3. Drizzle this over turkey salad, toss to coat, and serve with the kiwis on top.

  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh 42 lbs lighter than us.

    (And realistically, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and absolutely EVERYTHING about "HOW" they are eating.)
