Easy Italian Chicken

Preparation and Cooking time: 25 minutes

  • Cooking spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese
  • 1 pc Sliced Roma tomato
  • 2 pcs. Chicken breasts


  1. Turn on the oven to a broil setting. Take out your broiler pan and spray it with some cooking spray.
  2. Rinse the chicken off and then blot dry with some paper towels. Season the chicken with the pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Lay the chicken onto your prepared broiler pan and then broil for 5 minutes on each side until the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
  4. Place two tomato slices on each chicken breast and add the cheese to the top. Spoon the balsamic vinegar over it all.
  5. Place this back into the oven and let it broil for another 3 minutes until the cheese is a pale brown. Plate dish and serve.
